Marketing

Hello followers,
My name is Annette and I am a marketing student. This is my first blog.  I love marketing products, promotions, and advertising. I fell in love with marketing from the first time, I saw the Enjoli perfume commercial by Revlon. The woman was all I wanted to be. Her dialogue was success and that she was in control of all areas of her life work, motherhood, the household, and her husband. Some say this is not possible but I am a dreamer and anything is possible in my eyes. Attending Berkeley College is making my dream of becoming a marketer a true reality. After the completion of the course  'Professional Selling', with Dr. Comeforo will enable me to practice the theory of professional selling from knowledgeable experts in the field of promotional selling. The goal for the future is to become a great marketer, to sell a product, to make a product a brand or to enhance an existing brand.

  1. Hi Annette! Awesome to see you kicking off the quarter and the blog, quickly and thoughtfully! I love your example of the Revlon ad. It reminds us that when brands truly know who they are, and who they are selling, they can really create messages that resonate with us. Even though professional selling is not advertising, the same applies - knowing your customers, knowing yourself and the competing brands, and then coming up with custom solutions so your brand can be the "only" one which satisfies the customer.
